Each Belair smoking pipe can be engraved with your initials or even a catchphrase. We charge an extra $20 fee for such personalization. Please note that orders with the engraving option can take extra time prior shipping. If you want to use the engraving option, please proceed with the instruction at the checkout page and enter the text of engraving, position and font type (regular or script). Please double check everything before the checkout, we won't be able to change anything after your order is placed.
All engraved products are considered custom-made items and cannot be returned.

We offer free USPS First Class shipping (1-5 business days) on all orders to all U.S. destinations.
Your order usually ships within one business day of receiving it.
We understand that sometimes items do not function properly and need to be exchanged or a part replaced.
If any product your receive is not working correctly, you can contact a Customer Service Representative at Belair at 1-929-888-4AIR or 1-929-888-4247 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receipt of your purchase.
You will then be given an RA (return authorization) Number. You must include the RA in your return package. We must receive your return within 14 days from receipt of your RA Number.
Any returns received without an RA included in the package will not be accepted for return.
The RA Number must be written on your return package on front and rear of package.
You are responsible for any return shipping costs.
All Items must be returned in their original packaging, unaltered and unused.
Sometimes rather than exchanging an item, you may prefer to receive an online store credit on your account to purchase other items which are on our site. If you would prefer a credit, please let our Customer Service Representative know when you contact us.
Please be aware that any product that is used and not deemed to be defective will not be eligible for refund, replacement or online store credit.
