Warranty

Belair products come with a 30 day limited warranty from the date of retail purchase by the original purchaser. The warranty does not cover any used items.

Belair Creations, Inc. only warrants its smoking pipes and any other Belair products against defects in materials and workmanship when purchased from belairny.com and from any authorized Belair retailers by the original purchaser (this Limited Warranty is NOT transferable to subsequent purchasers).

We want all our customers to be 100% satisfied with all our Belair products. If you have any additional questions or concerns about our warranty or any other matters, please feel free to contact us via email or phone.

Lifetime Warranty
Belair covers the lifetime repair or replacement of all functional aspects of your Belair pipes brass parts. The lifetime warranty does not cover wear, nicks and/or scratches to your pipe or the repair or replacement of the air pump, hoses and any accessories. The lifetime warranty covers the functionality of the brass parts only. If a replacement pipe or parts need to be shipped back to Belair, you are responsible for the cost of shipping your pipe or parts to us. Belair has the right to chose a replacement color of any returned item if the color of the returned or malfuctioning item is no longer in stock. If returning a pipe with a Lifetime Warranty you must email Belair at info@belairny.com prior to you shipping your pipe back to us. Include in your email your full name, address, phone number, date of purchase and a brief decription of your pipes malfuctioning issue(s).

Each Belair smoking pipe can be engraved with your initials or even a catchphrase. We charge an extra $20 fee for such personalization. Please note that orders with the engraving option can take extra time prior shipping. If you want to use the engraving option, please proceed with the instruction at the checkout page and enter the text of engraving, position and font type (regular or script). Please double check everything before the checkout, we won't be able to change anything after your order is placed.
All engraved products are considered custom-made items and cannot be returned.

We offer free USPS First Class shipping (1-5 business days) on all orders to all U.S. destinations.
Your order usually ships within one business day of receiving it.

We understand that sometimes items do not function properly and need to be exchanged or a part replaced.

If any product your receive is not working correctly, you can contact a Customer Service Representative at Belair at 1-929-888-4AIR or 1-929-888-4247 or email us at info@belairny.com within 48 hours of receipt of your purchase.

You will then be given an RA (return authorization) Number. You must include the RA in your return package. We must receive your return within 14 days from receipt of your RA Number.

Any returns received without an RA included in the package will not be accepted for return.

The RA Number must be written on your return package on front and rear of package.

You are responsible for any return shipping costs.

All Items must be returned in their original packaging, unaltered and unused.

Sometimes rather than exchanging an item, you may prefer to receive an online store credit on your account to purchase other items which are on our site. If you would prefer a credit, please let our Customer Service Representative know when you contact us.

Please be aware that any product that is used and not deemed to be defective will not be eligible for refund, replacement or online store credit.
