Absolutely love this product. As a cancer patient having undergone a total laryngectomy. It's pretty much the only way for me to smoke my medical marijuana. So I definitely would advocate for your company. And product.

Looks cool but doesn't work great

It's a great piece for hot boxing but it burns through a LOT of flower and I'm not sure if my motor is messed up, but the pump doesn't work particularly well.

Hi, and thank you for your purchase and your review.
The Belair actually burns less flower by using your finger control on and off the ignition hole. If you want the smoke to stop just shut the pump off and you can relight the Belair at another sesh. Your pump should work fine. Both batteries should be placed in the same way. To test your pump turn it on and put the end of the hose in water. If you see bubbles, then the pump is working fine. Keep your screen in the pipe chamber clean and if you need, we can send you more screens. The Belair hits hard so don't try smoking a full chamber at one time. Again, you can always relight it lt another time. Any issues feel free to reach out by email and if necessary, I can give you my personal cell.

Each Belair smoking pipe can be engraved with your initials or even a catchphrase. We charge an extra $20 fee for such personalization. Please note that orders with the engraving option can take extra time prior shipping. If you want to use the engraving option, please proceed with the instruction at the checkout page and enter the text of engraving, position and font type (regular or script). Please double check everything before the checkout, we won't be able to change anything after your order is placed.
All engraved products are considered custom-made items and cannot be returned.

We offer free USPS First Class shipping (1-5 business days) on all orders to all U.S. destinations.
Your order usually ships within one business day of receiving it.

We understand that sometimes items do not function properly and need to be exchanged or a part replaced.

If any product your receive is not working correctly, you can contact a Customer Service Representative at Belair at 1-929-888-4AIR or 1-929-888-4247 or email us at info@belairny.com within 48 hours of receipt of your purchase.

You will then be given an RA (return authorization) Number. You must include the RA in your return package. We must receive your return within 14 days from receipt of your RA Number.

Any returns received without an RA included in the package will not be accepted for return.

The RA Number must be written on your return package on front and rear of package.

You are responsible for any return shipping costs.

All Items must be returned in their original packaging, unaltered and unused.

Sometimes rather than exchanging an item, you may prefer to receive an online store credit on your account to purchase other items which are on our site. If you would prefer a credit, please let our Customer Service Representative know when you contact us.

Please be aware that any product that is used and not deemed to be defective will not be eligible for refund, replacement or online store credit.
